The dual fitting footwear Lemaitre both women and men
Keen observer of the feminization of certain trades, Lemaitre Sécurité has naturally assimilated the design of women's safety shoe models, bringing them comfort, safety and a preserved feminine look.
Based on studies from the CTC (Centre Technique du Cuir, Leather Technical Centre) on the enhancement of measurements specific to the feet of women and men, Lemaitre’s Design Specialists integrated these parameters to develop safety shoes in respect of the anatomy of the foot.
Over 10 years now, Lemaitre launched Paraboline; our first collection of safety shoes for women.
The fitting room, internal volume of the shoe, has been specifically designed with reference to the morphology of a woman’s foot. The Vitamine collection, launched in 2013, a true (r)evolution in the PPE field , was awarded with the label "Elu par les femmes, pour les femmes” (elected by women, for women) Since then, the women's range has been enriched with the creation of a new, modernized sole, which has been particularly successful for model Libert'in safety shoes. A second label "Elu par les femmes, pour les femmes” (elected by women, for women) was awarded to one of these new models in 2015.
Since its creation, Lemaitre Sécurité has carried on its progress in terms of comfort and innovation in the world of safety footwear.
The challenge of the dual fitting footwear Lemaitre: design a collection of shoes offering both women’s AND men's footwear.
Thus, in 2016, the TRAIL PU2D safety footwear range is launched, designed for outdoor professions and featuring women's shoes from 35 to 39 and men's shoes from 40 to 49.
On the strength of the success of its concept, Lemaitre is developing this year for the food industry sector. We propose for example the Impala model from sizes 35 to 42 in women's fitting, and from 40 to 48 in men's fitting.
Hence making available a dual fitting on sizes 40 to 42, for the greater comfort of each and every one.
