Visit of the Prefect Josiane Chevalier: discovery of the Lemaitre Security 4.0 factory

Mrs. Josiane Chevalier, Prefect of the Grand Est Region and of the Bas-Rhin, accompanied by Christian Michalak, sub-prefect of Haguenau-Wissembourg, as well as Jean-Luc Heimburger, President of the Alsace Eurometropole Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), was received on Friday, October 14th in Uberach in the new Lemaitre factory, in the presence of the elected officials of the CCI, and the mayor of Val-de-Moder Jean-Denis Enderlin.

On the agenda of this morning: presentation of Lemaitre Sécurité, its values and its CSR commitments, by its president Cyril Bucher; followed by a visit of the factory with Pierre Mischel, operations manager.

The meeting was punctuated by enriching exchanges. The issues discussed throughout the morning concerned the safety footwear industry, French expertise, eco-responsibility, the economy and inflation.
